My fasting days are my most productive. I am not as hungry today as I was that day after eating twice in the morning. I noticed that in the book you say that people make about 200 choices about food everyday, which I totally agree with. I could not believe how much free time I have now on my fasting days. I have spent my life studying nutrition and weight loss, and I have taken a very unusual path that ultimately led me to writing Eat Stop Eat.

I’m a trainer and deal with more false information each day than I thought I ever would in a month. One such “truth” is that people just cannot gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.
