Low-Fat Recipe books were very popular in the 1980’s, however, eating low fat does not guarantee weight loss. Most Low-Fat recipes are not low-calorie recipes they simply replace the fat with sugar. Low-Fat foods that are high in calories can actually cause you to gain more weight.
Eat Stop Eat does not contain any recipes because they are not needed for optimal weight loss. Remember, the easiest and most effective way to lose weight is to create a calorie deficit by eating less while enjoying the foods that you eat.
