3 Really Effective Weight Loss Tips

Weight loss, it's really easy on paper (burn more calories than you eat) but in practice it can prove to be rather difficult.

Here are 3 really effective weight loss tips that hopefully will make your weight loss journey a little easier.

I know it sounds a little weird, but I like to think of this as the "Goldilocks approach to weight loss". Master these and you will be well on your way to reaching your weight loss and fitness goals.

Tip 1 "LESS" - How much food you put into your body will determine how quickly and how effectively you will lose the weight. The very first step to weight loss is finding an easy, and manageable way to eat less that fits into YOUR lifestyle. For many people, Eat Stop Eat helps in this area.

Tip 2 "MORE" - Exercise has it's place in any effective weight loss plan. This is especially true for weight training. Weight training is the number one way to preserve your muscle mass while you are eating less, and by preserving (or even building) muscle, you ensure that you are burning your body fat as a fuel while you are eating less.

The trick to exercise is that it needs to be progressive. Meaning you have to find a way to slowly (but surely) do more. A little more weight, a little more intensity. Workout progress is what will help you create the body you want.
